Reach out to us and lets do great things! First, we go through a barrage of questions, get to know you, and understand your needs. We can then start to develop a general scope and a general budget. We ensure that our budget and schedules align through a formal proposal(Part A of our Contract) and construction/ design retainer.
After signing on with us, and with a budget goal in mind, we move into the design phase. You work closely with our designers(Architectural Design and Interior Design) and your assigned project manager working through your wants, needs, design issues, cost issues, and buildability issues. This part of the planning stage is where the magic happens. We work together to bring together wants with a holistic driving design.
After moving through Design, we move into final pricing. We get hard pricing from all of our trade partners to compile a final estimate. When everything aligns we sign the construction contract (Part B of our contract). This phase includes permitting, scheduling, and site preparations.
This part of the process is where we put the rubber to the pavement so to speak. Scheduling, ordering, and managing the craftsman and literally thousands of details required to build a home that is beyond standard building practices. The systems and building process that form healthy air, water, and light are brought to life. This is the longest phase. During this phase we will remain in constant contact with weekly updates to keep you part of the process and in control.
Once we finish, you will be enrolled in our warranty program. We have built your home with materials and with such attention to detail that we expect it to last generations! You get a traditional 1 year warranty that covers all if’s, and’s, or but’s. After this, we remain on call to make sure there are no unexpected/ premature failures. You are now our family and we are here for you.
